A safe working space is required to carry out any works. If you have any concerns about this, please do get in touch to discuss.
A deposit is required on all services (excluding Maintenance Details). A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, 48 hours notice is required. Failure to do so, may result in a loss of your deposit.
In the unfortunate circumstance that I need to reschedule a booking, this will be done within 7 days of the original booking date. If I am unable to do this, then I will refund your deposit.
All personal belongings, including child seats and push chairs, are to be removed from the vehicle prior to my arrival. This is to not only ensure all areas of the vehicle are attended to but to also ensure things run smoothly without any delays.
MAINTENANCE DETAILS are to be booked every 2, 4 or 6 weeks. If a vehicle hasn't been attended to within a 6 week period, then this may result in your vehicle needing another Full Detail to get it back to standards. Whilst any additional work needed on a maintenance visit is attended to at no extra cost (a scratch, heavily soiled areas that need more attention to), this will need to be made aware to me prior to the booking to allocate the extra time required.
